  • Furniture that has been assembled, used, or altered in any way.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1. If the item does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our Customer Service team to arrange the exchange process. Additional charges may apply if the new item is of higher value.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {}.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
